Posso agora dizer que fiz doce de castanha e acho que vou deixar de comprar nas feiras. Bata as natas bem frias e junte o leite condensado. Bata mais um pouco até misturar o leite condensado. Dissolva a gelatina escorrrida cerca de 15 segundos no micro-ondas. Junte ao preparado das natas e leite condensado. Molhe as bolachas no café e forre o fundo de uma forma de aro amovível com as mesmas. Cubra com uma camada de creme e volte a colocar uma camada de bolachas molhadas no café. Repita até acabar com o creme. Leve ao frigorífico de preferência na véspera. Por fim, coloque o doce de ovos. Por fim envolva a curgete ralada sem bater muito. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC numa forma untada e polvilhada com farinha. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido cerca de 15 minutos, ao fim desse tempo retire os feijões e o papel vegetal e deixe cozinhar mais uns 5 a 10 minutos até ficar uma massa dourada. Retire do forno e deixe arrefecer.</p><p>Cubra com o creme pasteleiro. Bata o mascarpone, o iogurte grego com o açúcar em pó. Disponha sobre o creme pasteleiro. Por fim decore a gosto com os frutos vermelhos. Andava faz algum tempo para fazer um cheesecake com curd de limão. Coloque a carne picada numa taça e tempere com sal, pimenta, alho em pó e os oregãos. Junte depois os orégãos e o tomate pelado cortado em pedaços e envolva bem deixando cozinhar cerca de 5 minutos. Junte depois cerca de 550ml de água e retifique de sal e pimenta. Deixe levantar fervura e junte o esparguete, envolvendo bem. Junte o açúcar e, de seguida, acrescente os ovos, e bata com uma vara de arames até a massa ficar homogénea. Por fim, junte a farinha e o sal, envolvendo delicadamente na mistura. Verta a massa numa forma forrada com papel vegetal e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC durante 20-30 minutos. Quando fizer o teste do palito, deve apresentar ainda alguma humidade, pois os Brownies são muito húmidos.
