Cinnamon Apple Cake

Assim que vi este bolo no blog bocadosdecielo decidi que seria o próximo bolinho cá de casa.
Um bolo com maçã e canela é sempre uma aposta garantida.



Ingredientes:
4 maçãs descascadas e cortadas em cubinhos
200 gr de queijo mascarpone ou philadelphia
2 ovos
200 gr de farinha
100 gr de açucar amarelo + um pouco para polvilhar
2 c. de chá de fermento em pó
70 ml de azeite
1 c. de chá de essência de baunilha
2 c. de chá de canela em pó
1 pitada de sal


Preparação:
Numa taça misturar a farinha, o fermento, a baunilha e o sal. Noutra taça bater os ovos com o azeite e o queijo. Juntar as 2 misturas numa só taça. Misturar o açucar com a canela e envolver bem as maçãs nesta mistura. Juntar à massa. Deitar numa forma com 20 cm de diâmetro e polvilhar com açucar. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido a 175ªC cerca de 45 min.
